About the Role

Everlight Solar is looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to design and code functional programs and applications, delivering fully functional software solutions that meet requirements. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in serving our clients and team members. This is a full-time, work-from-home remote position.

Crucial Requirement: Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent alignment between Sales and Marketing departments to optimize the sales process, with a focus on improving and evolving the qualified lead process, distribution, and management.
  • Provide Sales and Marketing teams with accurate, consistent reporting on key organizational performance indicators, including actionable steps to enhance the experience for current and future customers.
  • Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, manage and prioritize simultaneous requests, and effectively handle stakeholder relationships at all levels.
  • Act as a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exhibit the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting data, decompose high-level information into actionable details, abstract low-level information into general understanding, and discern user requests from underlying needs.
  • Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all associated upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is required.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is required.
  • Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations within Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the capability to build custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other intermediate-complexity content.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and platform functionality.
  • Robust data management abilities.
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • Demonstrated ability to comprehend and articulate complex requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills and a consistently positive attitude.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
