Location & Work Arrangement
Remote (DACH region) with willingness to travel, or based at one of our offices (Hamburg · Stuttgart · Reutlingen · Salzburg). This is a working student position (approx. 20 hrs/week) or a full-time internship, starting immediately.

For our campaigns and the development of new digital products, we are looking for someone who loves performance marketing and is proficient with AI tools.
Tasks
You will be responsible for paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, from ideation through creative development to analysis. You will work heavily with AI, utilizing modern tools to build and continuously optimize better creatives, copy, and campaign structures more efficiently. Additionally, you will support our team in developing new digital products, bringing a marketing perspective, data insights, and a keen understanding of user appeal.
Your responsibilities include:
- Paid Ads End-to-End: Plan, build, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), including targeting, budget allocation, and ongoing optimization.
- AI as Standard: Utilize AI tools seamlessly for creatives, copy, campaign setups, analyses, and automations. Actively introduce new tools and use cases to the team.
- Creatives with Precision: Develop and iterate on ad creatives and ad copy, demonstrating a strong sense for effectiveness and visual quality.
- Data & Optimization: Analyze performance, conduct A/B tests, and derive concrete improvements – driven by data, not guesswork.
- Support Product Development: Contribute your marketing and user perspective to the development of new digital products, from landing pages and messaging to go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- You are currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (field of study open) or have recently completed your studies and are seeking a working student or internship position in online marketing.
- You have practical experience with Google Ads and/or Meta Ads, whether from personal projects, studies, freelance work, or previous employment.
- You are highly AI-savvy and use AI tools creatively and effectively in your daily marketing tasks.
- You possess strong visual understanding and an intuition for what makes an effective creative.
- You work analytically, independently, and are results-oriented.
- Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is required for this role.
