About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to design and code functional programs and applications, producing fully functional software solutions according to requirements. In this role, you will be key to serving our clients and team members. This is a full-time, work-from-home "remote" position.

Mandatory Requirement: Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent alignment of Sales and Marketing to optimize the sales process, focusing on improving and evolving the qualified lead process, distribution, and management.
• Provide Sales and Marketing with accurate and consistent reporting on the organization's key performance indicators, including actionable steps to improve the customer experience.
• Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Function as a creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Possess the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract low-level information into a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
• Assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.

Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is required.
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification is required.
• Proven ability to design and implement new flows and automations.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform, with the capability to build custom applications and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
• Strong data management abilities.
• A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Must own a Mac computer and be fluent with the Apple ecosystem of software (iOS, macOS, iWork, etc.).
