The Opportunity: Entrepreneur in Residence
This is not a standard working student or internship role. As an Entrepreneur in Residence, you will take ownership of one of our early-stage digital projects, driving it forward in close collaboration with senior management. You'll handle significant operational responsibilities with substantial creative freedom, embodying an entrepreneurial spirit from ideation to execution. This role is designed for individuals who want to build and grow real projects, acting as a launchpad for future entrepreneurial endeavors.
Your Responsibilities
- Project Ownership: Take full responsibility for your assigned project from validation and development through to implementation.
- Hands-On Execution: Focus on practical implementation and driving tasks to completion, rather than solely on strategy.
- Market & Customer Understanding: Analyze market potential, monitor competition and trends, and gather direct feedback through customer interviews and testing.
- Marketing & Sales: Develop the go-to-market strategy, test channels, acquire initial customers, and create sales and marketing initiatives.
- End-to-End Customer Management: Guide clients through the entire process, from consultation and implementation to ongoing support.
- Leverage AI: Utilize modern AI tools in daily operations and proactively identify new application cases.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (Tech, Design/UX, Marketing) and external partners, acting as a key interface.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (field open).
- Ideally, possess prior entrepreneurial experience (e.g., own project, startup, freelancing).
- Experience in building, maintaining, and managing client websites is a plus.
- AI-savvy and eager to explore new AI tools.
- A keen interest and practical aptitude in marketing and sales.
- Self-directed, reliable, and results-oriented work ethic.
- A blend of visionary thinking and a hands-on approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
