About the Role

Reporting to: Eloise Kuljanic, Global Director GTM
Location: London (Hybrid 2 days/week)
Start Date: ASAP

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a key role in Adthena's continued growth by generating and qualifying a high-quality pipeline for the Account Executive team. Sitting at the top of the sales funnel, you will be responsible for making a great first impression, articulating Adthena's value proposition, and identifying, nurturing, and qualifying new leads. This role operates within a collaborative sales culture focused on innovation, team development, and a rewarding environment.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain consistent outbound activity (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to generate new meetings.
  • Book meetings with qualified personas within assigned vertical markets.
  • Collaborate with the Account Executive (AE) team to align on target accounts and maximize meeting quality.
  • Engage in early discovery conversations to identify pain points and qualify interest.
  • Propose solutions based on the Adthena Value Proposition, leveraging case studies and use cases.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets and document activities in Salesforce.
  • Utilize tools like Outreach, Orum, and Sales Navigator for effective outreach.
  • Navigate strategic conversations with technical and economic buyers (C-Suite, VP, Director level).
  • Conduct thorough research on strategic accounts to identify business priorities and engagement opportunities.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as outreach volume, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitors, and Google updates.
  • Demonstrate eagerness to advance within the sales organization.

Who We Look For

Required Experience:

  • 3-18 months of sales or professional experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or Technology.
  • Proven experience or aptitude for outbound prospecting (cold calling, personalized email, lead generation).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, strong willingness to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and master new sales methodologies.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Prior industry experience in verticals like Automotive, Retail, B2B/B2C Technology, Education, Insurance, Financial Services, Legal.
  • Experience in strategic account planning.
  • Ability to navigate conversations with strategic buyers.
  • Experience with sales technologies (Salesforce, Navigator, Outreach, or equivalents).
