The Role
We are seeking an Account Manager for a 100% remote position. This role is central to supporting our portfolio of media clients, with responsibility for managing content and marketing campaigns across both brand and publisher teams. The ideal candidate possesses direct client service experience and a proven history of successfully managing large-scale performance marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Account Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for sold content campaigns, managing daily tasks to ensure program success and foster positive client relationships. Proactively identify and resolve any obstacles hindering goal achievement.
- Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of content campaigns, including leading kick-off calls, managing client and partner deliverables, setting and adhering to deadlines, communicating progress to all stakeholders, and ensuring a successful launch.
- Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance post-launch, utilizing metrics to optimize active campaigns with publisher clients. Ensure accountability for performance and maximize overall results.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing and Networks (e.g., ShareASale, Commission Junction, Impact, Rakuten).
- Familiarity with basic media buying on social and programmatic platforms, including whitelisting SOPs.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, including formatting, formulas, and report customization.
- Demonstrated success in a client-facing role.

Compensation
The anticipated annualized salary range for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. This range is subject to change based on market conditions. Your specific base pay will be determined by factors such as demonstrated skills, relevant education, experience, qualifications, travel requirements, and job location.
