Your Tasks

• Support in coordinating with our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying new cooperation partners.
• Learn to manage inquiries and offers.
• Gain insights into pricing and market rates, with opportunities to demonstrate negotiation skills (in consultation) with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Understand contract structures in the industry and their pitfalls, beginning with reviewing first contracts.
• Support Artist Managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help realize them.
• Act as a liaison between talents and our partners, planning their assignments and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners, future formats, and shows.
• In the first year, you will take on a supporting role, gradually transitioning to more responsibility based on your development.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum internship, working student experience, and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
