Responsibilities:

• You are the first point of contact for our internal talents.
• You will assist in the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• You will demonstrate your negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Together with the talents, you will develop concepts and content formats and support them in their realization.
• You act as an interface between the talents and our partners, plan their activities, and ensure their well-being.
• You identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Together, we help them work future-orientedly and create new opportunities beyond their artist careers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing (e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Interest and feel for the latest digital & consumer trends.
• Confident handling of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
