Your Tasks:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying new cooperation partners, creating offers, and processing inquiries.
• Utilize your negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Collaborate with talents to develop concepts and content formats, and support their realization.
• Act as the interface between talents and our partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Work together to help talents operate future-oriented and create new opportunities beyond their artist careers.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Confident use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
