Your Role: Online Marketing Support
We are seeking new team members (m/f/d) for our Online Marketing department to assist us in designing and optimizing online campaigns.
Your Tasks:
- Create and manage advertisements on social media platforms.
- Write compelling sales copy for recruitment pages and advertisements.
- Utilize targeted marketing strategies on platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Conduct analyses and target audience research to optimize campaigns.
Your Qualifications:
- Persuasive and articulate with strong communication skills.
- Experience in creating graphics and visual content (e.g., social media visuals, banners, infographics) using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, or similar programs.
- Enthusiasm for learning online marketing from scratch (ideally, you have some initial experience).
- Ability to follow existing processes and contribute to their further development.
- Quick comprehension and high discipline in execution.
- Precise and error-free written communication in German.
