Who We're Looking For
We're looking for a demand gen leader who can own the full pipeline function — strategy, execution, and the team behind it. You'll manage two existing team members and be the person accountable for turning marketing investment into revenue.
Your Responsibilities
- Own and hit pipeline and MQL targets.
- Develop and execute full-funnel strategy across paid, email, lifecycle, and campaigns.
- Manage budget allocation and performance reporting.
- Lead and develop a two-person demand gen team.
- Oversee marketing automation and attribution infrastructure.
- Ensure alignment with sales on lead quality, handoffs, and follow-through.
What You Bring to the Table (Requirements)
- 6–8+ years in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- At least 2 years of team management experience, with a focus on coaching.
- Comfortable owning paid performance and systems, not just strategy.
- Strong data analysis skills: ability to build dashboards, interpret attribution, and make budget cases.
- Experience with PLG or product-led + sales hybrid models is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation platforms; understanding when to automate and when to keep it simple.
- High ownership and grit: Operate with a founder's mentality, taking initiative and seeing tasks through to completion.
- Sharp written communication: Ability to brief content teams, pitch to leadership, and write clear copy.
