• Develop creative concepts for marketing campaigns.
• Design advertisements for social media platforms (Meta, TikTok).
• Adapt designs to various formats and platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Contribute to the development and adherence of our brand and design guidelines.
• Participate in regular team calls to discuss weekly and daily tasks.
• Engage in self-directed learning using provided educational materials.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Proficient in at least one design tool such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
• Experience in graphic design, ideally with a focus on sales optimization.
• A strong sense for design, color, and layout.
• Independent and structured work approach.
• Willingness to contribute your own ideas and suggestions.
