Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 base salary + uncapped commission
Advanced Pump and Equipment is a leading provider of water and wastewater equipment in the Northern Rockies and Northern Plains. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth across Colorado. You will act as a technical consultant, identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts within the municipal and industrial markets. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a "hunter" mentality and a passion for building lasting relationships with engineers, facility managers, and purchasing agents.
The posted pay is the base salary range. This position includes a base salary plus an uncapped commission structure. Base pay will be determined by education, experience, skills, and location. The provided range reflects current expectations and may be subject to change.
