Allow us to introduce HÄNG:COM. Since 2014, we have been manufacturing ultra-light and unique outdoor gear. Alongside partnerships with RedBull, Der Bahn, Payback, American Express, and many more, we distribute our products worldwide. Since 2017, we have also been renting out our hammocks and custom lounge solutions at festivals across Europe.

Work Model

100% REMOTE

Home-office is the norm for us. Everyone always works 'remote'. This applies to you too. You can work when, where, and how you want.

Your Role

YOUR TASK – You are the face of HÄNG to influencers.

You will take over an existing process and roll it out. Identify creators, contact them, convince them, get contracts signed, follow up – and be so friendly and approachable that people are happy when they see your message. Friendliness isn't a nice-to-have here. Friendliness is the job.

Tasks

• You identify suitable creators & influencers for HÄNG (Outdoor, Lifestyle, Travel, Micro to Mid-tier)
• You contact them – individually, not using a template builder
• You convince them to collaborate and accompany the deal until signing
• You keep an eye on all ongoing collaborations: deadlines, content submissions, approvals
• You follow up – friendly, but consistently
• You are the first point of contact for anything the creators need: product questions, briefings, goodwill decisions
• You maintain our creator database and keep everything cleanly documented

Qualifications

• You can get people excited about things they don't know yet – in writing and in person
• You are structured enough to coordinate 20+ collaborations simultaneously without losing the thread
• Friendliness, patience, and a genuine interest in people are mandatory – not optional
• You have a feel for which creator fits a brand and which doesn't
• Experience with influencer collaborations, creator outreach, or social media is a plus – but a willingness to learn is also sufficient for us
