Responsibilities

• Optimization of our online shops regarding user-friendliness, conversion, visibility, and performance
• Conception, coordination, and implementation of new shop functionalities in collaboration with IT, including testing and acceptance
• Analysis of relevant KPIs as well as identification of optimization potential and derivation of recommendations for action
• Management and optimization of conversion rate, traffic, customer journey, and shopping cart value
• Maintenance and further development of content, product data, and shop structures, taking SEO requirements into account
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and e-commerce measures
• Monitoring of market, competitor, and technology trends as well as identification of new potentials
• Analysis of customer needs and development of derived measures to increase sales and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• Completed studies in IT or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing or E-Commerce, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the e-commerce environment
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Experience in the support and further development of online shops as well as in collaboration with IT teams and agencies
• Knowledge in the analysis of KPIs and the optimization of digital processes, especially in the areas of CRO, SEO, and customer journey management
• Analytical, data-driven work approach as well as a high affinity for key figures
• Team spirit, initiative, and enjoyment of independent work
