Senior Project Manager (f/m/d)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) to join our team in Munich, starting immediately. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with 5 days of remote work per month.

As a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d), you will be responsible for the successful planning, management, and execution of our client projects in the areas of Brand, Marketing, and Talent. Your responsibilities will cover brandings, corporate websites, digital go-to-market campaigns, product launches, and paid lead campaigns.

You will coordinate clients, internal departments, and external partners such as developers, printers, exhibition builders, photographers, or performance marketers. Your goal is to ensure that complex projects with multiple stakeholders are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Your success will be measured by the reliability of project execution, economic management, and the satisfaction of clients and teams. Key performance indicators (KPIs) include project margin, budget adherence, on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and resource utilization.

Responsibilities

Your Tasks:

• Planning, management, and execution of corporate website projects from conception to go-live.
• Project leadership for go-to-market and product launch campaigns, including landing pages, content, ads (Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google), events, and print materials.
• Coordination of internal teams and external partners such as developers, printers, photographers, videographers, and performance marketers.
• Responsibility for project budgets, project margins, and economic goal achievement.
• Creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and resource planning.
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of client meetings.
• Identification and management of project risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.
• Documentation of projects and reporting of relevant key figures.
• Utilizing modern AI tools like Claude for project management, research, structuring, and efficiency improvement.
• Continuous quality assurance of processes, workflows, and project standards.

• On-time project execution.

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within a digital, marketing, or branding agency.
• Demonstrable experience with corporate website launches & CMS, landing page projects, and digital advertising campaigns (Funnel/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google).
• Proficient in handling KPIs, reports, and economic metrics.
• Experience in managing complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficient in using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable systems.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High degree of personal responsibility and structured work approach.
• Experience in budget planning, project calculation, and resource management.
• Proficient with project management tools and digital workflows.

Salary

Depending on your development level, we have budgeted an annual salary of €60,000 to €75,000 for this position.
