About the Role
We are looking for an Account Director / Client Partner to join our team full-time (40 hours/week) in Munich, with 5 days of remote work per month. As an Account Director / Client Partner, you will be responsible for the long-term success, development, and growth of our existing clients. You will strategically guide clients, identify new potentials, and ensure that successful projects evolve into lasting partnerships.
You will act as a central sparring partner on equal footing, manage client projects in collaboration with our specialized departments, and continuously develop new measures to expand our clients' goals and our collaboration with Moby Digg.
Your success will be measured by how well you retain clients long-term, unlock additional revenue potentials, and lead projects to economic success. Your key KPIs include retention, customer satisfaction (NPS), revenue growth of existing clients, as well as upsell and cross-sell revenues.
Responsibilities
Your Tasks:
- Strategic support and development of existing clients.
- Conducting weekly, monthly, and quarterly strategy meetings.
- Developing growth and action plans for client accounts.
- Identifying and realizing upsell and cross-selling potentials.
- Managing projects in the areas of Brand, Marketing, and Talent.
- Responsibility for project budgets, profitability, and resource planning.
- Coordinating internal teams for successful project implementation.
- Analyzing customer key figures and deriving concrete recommendations for action.
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
- Utilizing modern AI tools such as Claude for project management, research, structuring, and efficiency improvement.
Qualification
Success is Measured By:
- Revenue development of the clients managed.
- Upsell and cross-sell revenue.
- Customer retention.
- Customer satisfaction (NPS).
- Achievement of client and project goals.
Your Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or Project Management within a digital, marketing, or branding agency.
- Demonstrable experience with Corporate Website Launches & CMS, landing page projects, and digital advertising campaigns (Funnel/Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok/Google).
- Experience in managing client projects in the digital marketing environment.
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial, strategic thinking, and a strong customer orientation.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Proficient use of AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or comparable systems.
- Experience in budget planning, project management, and resource management.

Salary
Salary:
Depending on your development stage, we have an annual salary of €68,000 to €83,000 allocated for this position.
