Your Tasks

• Support the marketing team with all online and offline advertising measures.
• Graphically implement property brochures, postcards, flyers, advertisements, website graphics, and more, adhering to the company's CI and brand guidelines.
• Develop creative designs for marketing real estate properties.
• Assist in expanding social media activities, including photo and video shoots.
• Support targeted acquisition measures (e.g., newsletters, online campaigns, print media).
• Assist the marketing team in preparing company events.
• Undertake varied tasks and manage your own projects.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Information Management, Business Communication, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Passion for creative work and a drive to bring fresh, bold ideas to advertising.
• Basic knowledge of common graphic, image editing, and video software (e.g., Adobe CC with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, etc.).
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and enjoyment in your work.
• Excellent German language skills (minimum C2 level) in speaking and writing.
