About the Role

We are seeking motivated talents for our Marketing department to undertake a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum). You will work closely with our team on the implementation and further development of our local, sustainable marketing strategies. Your ideas and commitment will be instrumental in creating community spaces that foster environmental education, nature connection, and togetherness.

This role is ideal for individuals looking to actively contribute and take on responsibility, rather than just observe. We offer mandatory internships with a duration of 5–6 months. The possibility for thesis work in Marketing is also available (unpaid).

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance our existing marketing strategy.
• Participate in local networking events, trade fairs, and more in and around Karlsruhe.
• Write compelling newsletters and blog posts.
• Optimize our online presence through local SEO initiatives.
• Create engaging marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.
• Generate and plan social media content, both from the office and on-site with clients.
• Manage our LinkedIn and Instagram platforms.
• Engage in video editing, cutting, and image processing.

Qualifications

• Residency in or near Karlsruhe.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with a strong desire to utilize them.
• Initial skills in design and video editing.
• Creativity in text, image, and design.
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken).
• A proactive approach to taking responsibility, reliability, and an independent working style.
• Enthusiasm for learning and implementing new things.
• Must possess your own laptop.
