This launch will create an entirely new product category, validated by over 6,000 test persons. About the Role: Organic Growth Lead

As the leader of Organic Growth, you will be instrumental in shaping how the world discovers and engages with our brand. You will own brand image, community engagement, creator and brand collaborations, B2B partnerships, and guerrilla marketing stunts. Your mission is to engineer consumer touchpoints that foster a movement people want to be a part of. Working directly with the founder, you'll manage a real budget from day one and build the entire organic growth engine from scratch.

This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility, high-velocity role with the potential for a Co-Founder position depending on seniority.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate directly with the founder to amplify brand reach and drive conversions.
  • Cultivate and grow the community, transforming followers into loyal fans and repeat customers.
  • Iterate on brand and product positioning to achieve optimal product-market fit.
  • Build and manage creator partnerships, including recruiting lifestyle-aligned creators and managing seeding and sample logistics.
  • Secure brand collaborations with complementary fitness, health, and lifestyle brands.
  • Establish B2B sales partnerships with gyms and other brick-and-mortar establishments.
  • Plan and execute live activations such as workout/run clubs, expos, field sampling, and guerrilla stunts.

Requirements

  • 1+ year of full-time experience or significant high-impact internships in a consumer brand or a high-performing environment (startup, consulting, VC, finance).
  • Excellent proficiency in English and German.
  • Must be based in Berlin or Munich, or willing to relocate.
  • Possess excellent visual taste and a strong cultural grasp.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze problems rigorously and a drive to solve them and execute effectively.
  • Profound passion and hunger for building a brand from the ground up and achieving significant scale.
