We are launching MAN IN A CAN, the world's first functional beverage specifically optimized for men's health, in mid-August. This launch will create an entirely new product category, validated by over 6,000 test persons. With a unique brand and product, we aim to become a leading European lifestyle brand for the health-conscious and wellbeing-minded.
As the leader of Organic Growth, you will be instrumental in shaping how the world discovers and engages with our brand. You will own brand image, community engagement, creator and brand collaborations, B2B partnerships, and guerrilla marketing stunts. Your mission is to engineer consumer touchpoints that foster a movement people want to be a part of. Working directly with the founder, you'll manage a real budget from day one and build the entire organic growth engine from scratch.
This is a high-exposure, high-responsibility, high-velocity role with the potential for a Co-Founder position depending on seniority.
