At Payroll & HR Services, you will work with a small team serving large clients. As a Payroll Professional (VPS), this is your opportunity to take the next step in your career by guiding juniors and expanding our services.
You will be a self-sufficient, skilled, and service-oriented advisor for our clients, handling complex payroll administration. You will maintain client contact regarding the approach, processing, and progress of tasks. You will advise clients on the application of Collective Labour Agreements (CAOs), payroll setup, and tax-friendly remuneration components. Additionally, you will be the go-to person for colleagues at the office regarding payroll and co-responsible for the performance of team members. Most clients are in the larger SME segment with numerous different CAOs.
