At Payroll & HR Services, our team serves a large number of clients. As a Senior Payroll Consultant, you are the expert in salary administration and payroll processes. You guide our SME clients in optimally setting up, implementing, and automating their payroll environment. Thanks to your knowledge and experience, clients get the most out of their salary administration, and the processing of wages and related processes runs flawlessly.

About the Role

Independently, skillfully, and with a client-oriented approach, you are the permanent point of contact for our clients and advise on optimizing and automating payroll processes. You identify opportunities for improvement, implement efficient solutions, and support system usage. Furthermore, you work closely with clients and colleagues to analyze and improve processes, create functional designs, and train users. With your expertise and proactive attitude, you contribute to high-quality service delivery and stay continuously informed about developments in the field, enabling you to better help clients achieve their goals.

You will become part of a national team of over 130 dedicated professionals, experts in HR, salary administration, and payroll. Together, we make a difference with our thorough approach and broad advice, truly helping clients move forward. Our colleagues are spread across the country, but we meet weekly in Utrecht and regularly collaborate in Zwolle, Arnhem, and Breda.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience with AFAS Profit and preferably AFAS Expert certification (or willingness to obtain it within one year).
• In-depth knowledge of HR processes and experience with optimization and automation.
• Strong communication skills for advice and training, combined with a proactive attitude.
• You follow developments in the field and actively share knowledge with colleagues.
