About the Role

As a Payroll Professional (VPS), you will be instrumental in guiding our large clients through complex payroll administrations. This role is about more than just processing; it's about advising, mentoring, and innovating. You'll be the go-to expert for clients and colleagues, ensuring seamless payroll operations and contributing to the development of our services. Your work will directly impact the success of our clients and the development of your team.

Responsibilities

• Serve large clients as a Payroll Professional (VPS).
• Manage complex payroll administrations.
• Advise clients on payroll matters, including CAO applications, payroll structuring, and tax-friendly remuneration components.
• Maintain client contact regarding approach, processing, and progress.
• Act as a point of contact for colleagues regarding payroll.
• Co-responsible for the performance of team members.
• Guide and mentor junior colleagues.
• Contribute to the expansion of our services.

Requirements

• Completed Vakdiploma Payroll Services (VPS).
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll tax, social legislation, and labor law.
• Independent, professional, and service-oriented approach.
• Strong advisory skills.
• Experience with complex payroll administrations.
• Familiarity with a wide range of CAOs, particularly within the larger SME segment.
