About the Role

You will utilize your experience in managing tax activities for transactions and your commercial abilities to elevate the M&A Tax practice in the South region. You will take a leading role in expanding the tax transaction practice and serve as the main point of contact for clients. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing and guiding the M&A Tax team in the region and overseeing its technical development. You will lead a team of fiscalists, ensuring the right specialists are engaged for each deal. Your portfolio will primarily consist of national and international mid-market companies active in the transaction practice, including Dutch private equity. Development and growth towards a senior management position are certainly possible.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an all-round M&A Tax advisor.
• Guide clients through every phase of M&A transactions.
• Lead and expand the tax transaction practice in the South region.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Develop and manage the M&A Tax team in the region, including technical development.
• Lead a team of fiscalists and coordinate specialists for deals.

Requirements

• Completed WO Master's degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics.
• Membership in the NOB (Dutch Association of Tax Advisors).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Conviction and leadership skills.
