About the Role

You will utilize your experience and client focus when negotiating with the Tax Authorities. You understand not only the fiscal challenges of the DGA (Director/Major Shareholder) but also their objectives, both business and personal, as fiscal advice is not purely a technical matter. You will do this in close consultation with experienced fellow advisors, specialists, and partners. You will take a leading role in the development of technical expertise at the office. You will also have a coaching role for (starting) fiscalists. Your portfolio will primarily consist of successful mid-market entrepreneurs, but larger family businesses and international companies may also be part of your future client base.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on all fiscal areas using broad fiscal knowledge and experience.
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships.
• Negotiate effectively with the Tax Authorities.
• Understand client objectives (business and personal) beyond technical tax issues.
• Collaborate with experienced advisors, specialists, and partners.
• Lead the development of technical expertise at the office.
• Coach junior and starting fiscalists.

Requirements

• Completed WO Master's degree in Tax Law or Fiscal Economics.
• (Aspirant) membership in the NOB (Dutch Association of Tax Advisors).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Leadership and negotiation skills.
