The Role: VIP Travel Agent (Remote)
This full-time, remote position is ideal for experienced travel professionals based in Belgium, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, or Switzerland. You will be the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers, delivering high-touch service excellence and managing travel requests via multiple channels. This role requires a proactive approach to travel consultation, accurate reservation handling, and upselling related products.
What You'll Do:
- Perform high-touch service excellence for key client travelers.
- Accurately and efficiently handle incoming requests via phone, email, and other channels.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers.
- Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and upselling related products.
- Utilize BCD Travel tools and systems effectively.
- Search and confirm travel reservations.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide consistent guidance.
- Fulfill requests related to necessary travel regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
- Apply excellent knowledge of travel supplier rules.
- Stay current with travel industry trends and changes.
About You:
- Experience in VIP travel.
- Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
- Strong skills in GDS Amadeus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.

Compensation
This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are:
- Spain: 29,000 - 32,000 EUR
- Poland: 84,000 - 102,000 PLN
- Netherlands: 40,000 - 50,000 EUR
- Belgium: 47,000 - 55,000 EUR
- Luxembourg: 40,000 - 55,000 EUR
The final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.
