The Role: Senior Travel Agent (Remote)

This full-time, remote position is open to candidates in Spain, France, or Poland. As the face of BCD Travel, you will communicate with and respond to requests for dedicated clients, ensuring they travel smart and achieve their goals. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide expert travel consultation.

What You'll Do:

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
• Provide clients with essential industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Identify opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships for client improvement.
• Continuously update and expand knowledge of the travel industry.

About You:

• Previous travel agent experience.
• Relevant skills in GDS Sabre.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian or French.
• Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.

Compensation

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are:

• Spain: [25k-31k EUR]
• France: [25k - 32k EUR]
• Poland: [84k - 96k PLN]

The final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.
