The Role: Travel Agent - GDS Sabre (Remote)
This full-time, remote position is available for candidates located in Spain or Poland. As a Travel Consultant, you are the face of BCD Travel, responsible for communicating with and responding to dedicated clients to help them travel smart and achieve more. If you have a passion for customer service and seamless travel arrangements, this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
- Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
- Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.).
- Provide clients with essential industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
- Identify opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships for client improvement.
- Continuously update and expand knowledge of the travel industry.
About You:
- Previous travel agent experience.
- Relevant skills in GDS Sabre.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in French or Italian.
- Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.

Compensation
This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are:
- Spain: [25k-31k EUR]
- France: [25k - 32k EUR]
- Poland: [84k - 96k PLN]
The final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, and location.
