GASOLINA provides next-gen nutrition at the intersection of supplements and lifestyle products. We are launching MAN IN A CAN – the world's first functional beverage optimized for men's health – in mid-August, creating an entirely new product category validated by over 6,000 test persons. With a unique brand and product, we have high ambitions to become a leading European lifestyle brand for the health-conscious and wellbeing-minded.
As the leader of Organic Growth, you will own how the world discovers the brand before purchase. This encompasses brand image, community engagement, creator and brand collaborations, B2B partnerships, and guerrilla stunts. You will engineer the consumer touchpoints that create a movement people want to join. Reporting directly to the founder, you will manage a budget from day one and build the entire organic growth engine from 0 to 1. Our promise includes high exposure, high responsibility, and high velocity while building one of the most unique consumer brands today. Given a certain seniority, a Co-Founder role is conceivable.
