Job Description

EcoVadis is seeking an Associate Account Manager to support customers within the DACH region. This role requires fluency in English and German, focusing on ensuring customers maximize value from the EcoVadis solution and maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include (but not be limited to):

Account Management and Customer Success:

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 30 customers, ensuring they maximize value and satisfaction with the EcoVadis solution.
  • Provide clear visibility into sustainable procurement programs, assisting customers with integration and communicating the EcoVadis vision.
  • Build customer advocacy and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop customer program plans and act as the main point of contact, providing proactive and reactive project management support.
  • Develop and maintain Account Plans for all assigned customers.
  • Liaise between customers and EcoVadis teams (sales, sustainability, operations) to resolve challenges and identify opportunities.
  • Partner with the Sales team to secure contract renewals and support upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor customer operations (forecast and delivery) to ensure operational KPIs are met.

Other:

  • Contribute to EcoVadis' continuous improvement process by providing feedback to product management.
  • Lead and/or support various customer-focused projects.
  • Engage in teamwork, peer-coaching, and best practice sharing to foster a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of successful customer management, account management, or consulting experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Formal education in a related field (Supply chain, sustainability, business) is ideal.
  • Knowledge of procurement systems and SaaS is an asset, or a proven ability to quickly understand complex management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in German and English are mandatory.
  • Additional language fluency (Polish) is an advantage.
  • Ability to summarize key findings in presentable PowerPoint presentations.
  • Excellent Excel and data analytical skills.
  • Experience in developing Account Plans.
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Google Suite, Salesforce or CRM, Project management tools).
  • Interest in working in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and a team player.
  • Agility in an ever-changing environment.

  • Location: Warsaw - Hybrid (8 days a month from the office)
