About the Role
Join our vibrant External Engagement team as a Marketing Assistant and play a crucial role in shaping and sharing our company's story. This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, create engaging digital content, assist with company events, and collaborate across diverse teams. Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategic planning and execution of marketing campaigns and daily activities.
- Create and manage digital content for platforms like LinkedIn and email, including scheduling and distribution via HubSpot.
- Maintain and update the company website using WordPress.
- Assist with business development initiatives and the production of marketing collateral.
- Collaborate with internal Designers to develop compelling marketing materials.
- Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
- Support the organization and delivery of client and company events.
- Provide general administrative support to the External Engagement team.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and eager-to-learn individual with a positive, 'can-do' attitude. You should enjoy teamwork and be excited to develop your skills while contributing to meaningful work.
Essential Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, English) or equivalent marketing experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as LinkedIn, HubSpot, and WordPress, with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative spirit with confidence in building relationships and tailoring communication.
- Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Requirements:
- Experience supporting marketing projects, campaigns, or events.
- Experience with paid media, PR, data dashboards, or CRM systems.
