Job Description

Omega CRM is a Merkle & Dentsu company, a leader in developing Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience applying technology to Marketing and providing unique Customer Relationships, with a primary focus on Innovation. We are looking for a Salesforce Developer.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop software according to user requirements, functional, and technical design specifications.
• Perform and assist with quality assurance activities as needed.
• Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures.
• Review code for potential performance issues, reusability, and/or anomalies.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
• Experience in developing complex solutions on Sales Cloud within Salesforce.
• Experience in developing Lightning components is desired.
• Proficiency in development technologies including APEX, Visualforce, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
• Understanding of DevOps/Agile (SCRUM) and Waterfall delivery principles, and the importance of SDLC (Software Development Process) and coding methodology principles is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for all assigned applications.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Experience working in an international and intercultural environment and availability to travel.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is mandatory.
• Any other Salesforce certification is a plus.
