- Focus on acquiring new customers, typically with minimal existing client interaction, and requiring due diligence. This includes key accounts within a single business unit/P&L.
- Expand knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer segments to execute policies and strategies. Continuously cultivate advanced knowledge and skills.
- Understand the fundamentals of key business drivers and apply this understanding to job functions. Recognize how your team's work integrates with other teams and contributes to the broader field.
- May possess a degree of autonomy to make decisions within a defined framework. Resolve issues encountered in standard procedures with sound business knowledge and judgment. Consult with more senior team members on issues beyond defined instructions/parameters.
- This level requires good interpersonal skills. Communicate provided design and coordination services to directly related colleagues and business units. For customer-facing roles, build strong customer relationships and act as the interface between the customer and GE HealthCare. Present technical information to others.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires foundational work experience in the field. Educational level equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution (or a High School diploma based on relevant work experience).
