About the Role:
We are seeking a part-time FINANCE & CUSTOMER SERVICE ACCOUNTANT to join our team immediately. This position combines customer service excellence with strong accounting knowledge, focusing on managing accounts receivable and ensuring smooth financial operations.

Your Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer debtor accounts.
• Create, review, and follow up on invoices.
• Monitor incoming payments and resolve outstanding issues.
• Execute dunning processes and receivables management.
• Handle customer correspondence regarding invoices, payments, and account balances via phone and email.
• Process customer inquiries and complaints in close collaboration with relevant departments.
• Maintain and update customer master data.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Generate analyses and reports.

Your Qualifications:

• Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Industrial Clerk, Office Management Clerk, Tax Assistant) or comparable qualification.
• Initial professional experience in accounts receivable, receivables management, or commercial customer service.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems is advantageous.
• Friendly and professional demeanor in customer interactions.
• Structured, meticulous, and independent work approach.
• Strong communication skills and a pronounced service orientation.
• Good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
