About Us

We are growth partners for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox, and are currently seeking Creative Strategists (m/f/d).

Your Role

As a TikTok Shop Strategist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative concepts throughout the entire creative process, actively shaping brand development.

Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the creative process for top brands in DACH.
• Creation of scripts, ads, and campaigns.
• Close collaboration with the founders.
• Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets.
• Top 1% Creative Training valued at €100k+.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in Creative Strategy – ideally in an agency or brand environment.
• Good instinct for social media trends & best performers.
• Strong communication skills and a genuine feel for people.
• Full availability and the will to go the extra mile.
