Role
We are looking for a Senior Sales Engineer to join our Solutions Consulting team. This is a remote role based in South Korea, reporting to the Head of Solution Engineering. As a critical technical partner, you will drive the digital transformation of our enterprise customers by providing expert thought leadership and high-impact technical guidance. You will be responsible for the end-to-end technical sales process, ensuring our solutions effectively address complex business challenges.
What You’ll Do (Role Expectations)
- Provide technical thought leadership and advice to enterprise customers on transforming their digital experience.
- Take total ownership of the technical sale and all associated processes.
- Identify and qualify technical opportunities while developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Deliver high-impact sales pitches, technical demonstrations, and whiteboard presentations to ensure successful solution deployments.

What We’re Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in presales roles, with at least 5 years focused on selling security solutions and technologies.
- Hands-on experience with systems installation and administration of routers/switches.
- Deep technical knowledge of network security principles and applications.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Technical proficiency with GPO, Active Directory/LDAP, and SSO/SAML integrations.
- Strong understanding of HTTP and web security technologies, including proxies, caches, and firewalls.
