This is a brand-new role reporting to our Global SVP of Sales, offering you the opportunity to define and own everything that happens before the deal closes. You will be responsible for the sales enablement strategy, including sales decks, discovery frameworks, tools, and AI workflows. You will also establish Sales Operations as a dedicated function, focusing on process design, pipeline rigor, and operational intelligence. You'll lead a small team covering sales content and sales operations, act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments, and remain hands-on in your work. As a company empowering customers in the age of AI, we expect a similar forward-thinking approach in our own sales motion, which you will drive.
