About the Job

This is a brand-new role reporting to our Global SVP of Sales, offering you the opportunity to define and own everything that happens before the deal closes. You will be responsible for the sales enablement strategy, including sales decks, discovery frameworks, tools, and AI workflows. You will also establish Sales Operations as a dedicated function, focusing on process design, pipeline rigor, and operational intelligence. You'll lead a small team covering sales content and sales operations, act as a key liaison between Sales, Marketing, and other departments, and remain hands-on in your work. As a company empowering customers in the age of AI, we expect a similar forward-thinking approach in our own sales motion, which you will drive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and own pre-sales enablement: sales decks, discovery frameworks, battlecards, case studies, and the content engine behind them.
  • Lead a small team spanning sales materials creation and sales operations.
  • Build Sales Operations into a strategic function: sales process design, pipeline rigor, forecasting support, and a CRM that works as a system of action — not just a system of record.
  • Own and optimize our sales stack — HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Qwilr, Fireflies, and whatever comes next — from evaluation through adoption.
  • Leverage AI to empower our sales organization: build playbooks and workflows with Claude and similar tools for research, content, call intelligence, and deal prep.
  • Define success metrics (e.g., content utilization, ramp time, win rates), measure them, and optimize based on performance.
  • Partner with the SVP of Sales as a trusted advisor on seller productivity and readiness.

About You

  • 7–10 years in sales enablement, sales operations, or adjacent roles in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong AI background, with experience using tools like Claude in real sales workflows.
  • Player-coach DNA: experience managing people and a desire to remain hands-on.
  • Self-starter energy: proactive in identifying and filling gaps.
  • Strong communication and content-creation skills; data-driven approach to measuring success.

What Can Help Your Application Stand Out

  • Experience establishing an enablement or sales ops function from scratch.
  • Deep HubSpot expertise or experience administering a sales tech stack.
  • Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc.).

Location

This role is fully remote, but you must be a current resident in one of the chosen locations for tax purposes.
