You are the person who will make this a reality on the ground in London. We are syte – a fast-growing, AI-powered Geo-Intelligence platform changing how real estate decisions are made. Founded in Münster in 2021, we are now a team of over 35 people and work with more than 200 clients in the DACH region – including project developers, asset managers, investment managers, brokers, banks, and municipalities. Our platform analyzes over 62 million land parcels and 55 million buildings in real-time, generating decision intelligence that previously required weeks of consulting work – in minutes. We have been awarded the German AI Award and named PropTech of the Year. In 2026, syte goes international. The UK is one of our first markets outside the DACH region – and you are the person implementing this on the ground in London. As Country Manager UK (m/f/d), you are syte's first person on the ground in London – the face of syte, our brand ambassador in the UK market, and the trusted voice of our platform in every customer, partner, and industry conversation in the country. Your task is to bring our strategy to life locally – with the local market knowledge, network, cultural confidence, and customer focus that only someone deeply rooted in the UK market can bring. This is syte's most entrepreneurial role in 2026. You won't fit into an existing process; you will implement the playbook that determines whether syte UK wins.

- Brand Ambassador: You are the voice and face of syte in the UK – at events, on stage, in meetings, on LinkedIn. You represent who we are, what we stand for, and what we are building.
- Sales Responsibility UK: You lead all customer conversations in the UK – from initial contact to signed contract. Discovery, Demo, Pricing, Negotiation. You are the person every UK prospect speaks with.
- Pipeline Building: Cold outreach, warm intros, events, panels. You don’t wait for inbound. You know UK project developers, asset managers, architects, and investment managers – and you don’t hesitate to pick up the phone.
- Industry Presence: You represent syte at relevant events – SIMA, SIMAPRO, MIPIM, PropTech Connect. You build syte's reputation in the UK market, one conversation at a time.
- Focus on First Customers: You personally onboard the first UK customers and stay closely engaged with them. Their success is our reference; their feedback shapes our roadmap.
- Market Radar: You translate UK realities into clear input for Lena and the product team – which regulatory layers are missing for UK workflows, how architects and developers actually work, which segments convert first, and where cultural nuances change the message.
- Partnerships and Advisors: You take over and further develop syte's existing UK relationships and bring new ones into the network – from innovation-minded architects to institutional developers and digitally-minded asset managers.

- Your Network is Your Strongest Asset: You have real, current relationships with decision-makers in the UK real estate industry – developers, architects, asset managers, investment managers. People answer when you call. You can name 30+ accounts where you could start tomorrow.
- Technical Sovereignty is Non-Negotiable: You understand AI, Geo-Intelligence, data products, and B2B SaaS deeply enough to demonstrate, discuss, and defend our platform to experienced real estate professionals as well as technical buyers.
- Experience in the UK Real Estate Market: You have worked with or sold to developers, asset managers, architects, or investment managers in the UK. You know the planning system, the Catastro, the Comunidades, the rhythm of this market – and how decisions are actually made here.
- Track Record in B2B SaaS Sales: You have closed real ARR contracts and know what a consultative sales cycle looks like. PropTech experience is a plus, not a must.
- Hunter Mentality: You are not afraid of the phone. A "no" is not a setback but motivation. You have grit and want to win. Ambiguity motivates you to find solutions, and you report clearly.
- Communication Skills: English is your native language, and you have excellent business English, both written and spoken. You can explain complex things simply. German language skills are a plus.
- Resident in London or Greater London – or willing to be from day one.
- Work permit for the UK.
