About the Role

AFRY is looking for a Contract Manager to join the Project Delivery unit within the Industry Division. This role is crucial for managing contract administration, change management, and claims handling. You will work closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders across engineering, procurement, construction, legal, and finance to ensure contractual rights and obligations are actively managed and risks are minimized.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract administration.
• Oversee change management processes.
• Handle claims effectively.
• Ensure contractual rights and obligations are actively managed.
• Minimize contractual risks.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering (M.Sc. or B.Sc.).
• Understanding of contract and claim management.
• 5–10+ years of experience in contract management and claims handling in EPC/EPCM or industrial projects.
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Fluency in Finnish and other languages are assets.
• A can-do attitude and great cooperation and communication skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset and team player spirit are advantageous.
• Ability to travel domestically and abroad is appreciated.
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
