Senior Content Writer - International Content Marketing H/F
Responsibilities & Missions
Within the Content Marketing department, the goal is to attract and retain a defined audience and drive profitable customer action through valuable, relevant, and consistent content creation and distribution. This involves close collaboration with digital marketing, sales, and investment teams.
- Contribute to defining the content strategy to enhance Amundi’s positioning and appeal, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Execute the content strategy by creating clear, engaging, and compliance-ready content that highlights Amundi’s investment themes, asset classes, and funds across various channels.
- Produce written and multimedia assets to support distribution and brand objectives, educating, engaging, and converting target audiences (fund selectors, distribution, digital platforms, retail).
- Proactively participate in the content strategy and editorial plan, aligning with business objectives and client demand.
- Articulate Amundi’s positioning as a strategic/trusted partner through thought leadership articles, pitchbooks, and other content.
- Produce high-quality written and multimedia content: thought leadership articles, fund insights, web pages, blog posts, social posts, video scripts, podcast outlines, event slides, and brochures/flyers.
- Identify and utilize internal/external information sources, collaborating with investment specialists and marketing teams.
- Address a broad range of content themes: macro/markets, thought leadership, and investment across multiple asset classes/products. May require specialization in certain topics/asset classes.
- Transform portfolio manager interviews, research papers, and market commentary into audience-appropriate content.
- Repurpose long-form content into short-form assets for social media, email, slides, and sales materials.
- Adapt content tone, complexity, and structure for different client segments and channels.
- Apply basic SEO/GEO best practices for website content.
- Track content performance metrics to improve engagement and discoverability.
- Ensure content is compliance-ready, managing legal/compliance review processes.
- Contribute to competitive benchmarking of content strategies.
- Contribute to and occasionally coordinate transversal projects relevant to the business line.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum Education: Master's Degree (Bac + 5 / M2) or equivalent.
- Minimum Experience: 3-5 years.
- Experience: Over 5 years of experience, preferably in investment writing or a marketing role within asset/investment management.
- Investment Knowledge: Understanding of financial markets and investment processes.
- Key Skills:
- Genuine interest and understanding of financial markets.
- Excellent written and editorial skills in English (French proficiency is a plus), with ability to adapt content for different targets and media.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to inspire and lead transversal projects.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, with a research-based approach.
