Mission:
Build a predictable inbound and account-based demand generation engine that helps The Codest win enterprise clients across banking, fintech, payments, and regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own SEO and AEO strategy.
- Increase visibility across Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Manage website, conversion funnels, and analytics.
- Create expert content with internal SMEs.
- Execute ABM campaigns for target accounts.
- Support sales outreach with marketing assets.
- Build authority around fintech, banking, AI, and enterprise software delivery.
- Manage external freelancers and agencies when needed.
Success after 12 months:
- Consistent enterprise pipeline generation.
- The Codest recognized as a leading fintech engineering partner in Europe.
- Strong organic visibility across search and AI platforms.
- Measurable contribution to new revenue.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing.
- Proven experience in a software house, consulting, SaaS, or enterprise services environment.
- Strong expertise in SEO.
- Experience with AEO (AI Engine Optimization).
- Hands-on experience in building and growing LinkedIn organic presence.
- Knowledge of ABM (Account-Based Marketing).
- Experience with marketing automation tools and processes.
- Strong understanding of analytics and attribution.
- Proven ability to collaborate closely with Sales teams.
