Digital Advertising Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Cultivate New Sales Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and new market segments. Develop strategies to engage prospects effectively.
  • Sales and Relationship Management: Connect with potential clients, understand their marketing challenges, and position our digital marketing strategies as the 'best-fit'. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales cycle: initial contact, proposal development, presentation, negotiation, and purchase. Ensure smooth communication and address client concerns.
  • Goal-Oriented Approach: Set and achieve ambitious sales and revenue targets. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct in-person and virtual appointments to understand client challenges and goals, and effectively demonstrate our ability to meet and exceed them.
  • Problem-Solving: Ask insightful questions and offer tailored marketing strategies aligned with the customer journey and key marketing challenges.
  • Additional Duties: Complete other assigned tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing and understanding of the SMB marketplace.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies for SMBs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers, decision-makers, and stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape in relevant SMB industries.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment.
  • Ability to work remotely as needed.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff, management, and clients.
  • Ability to handle and keep confidential information.
  • Ability to travel.
  • Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a safe driving history (driving record will be checked).

  • Ability to function successfully in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.
