About The Role
As a Tech Product Manager:in, you will spearhead the advancement of our AI chatbot and the expansion of its multi-agent system. This role involves active participation in the development process, with a particular focus on Langfuse. You will bridge user needs with technical excellence, prioritize high-impact features, and ensure rapid learning, secure scaling, and measurable user benefit.
Responsibilities
Product
- AI Product Development: Drive the evolution of LLM/RAG and multi-agent flows, including orchestration, tooling, guardrails, and evaluation.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure adherence to GDPR/EU AI Act, implement Privacy-by-Design principles, and establish safety policies and evaluation frameworks.
- Product Strategy & Roadmap: Refine the product vision, define objectives, set priorities, and maintain the product backlog.
- Discovery & UX: Conduct user research, formulate hypotheses, develop prototypes, run A/B experiments, and validate product features.
Tech (Hands-on)
- Langfuse Ownership: Set up datasets, scores, and evaluations; configure dashboards and alerting for quality, safety, and performance.
- Delivery: Implement incremental improvements to the product.
- Data & Quality: Enhance knowledge/vector stores, establish monitoring and feedback loops, and work on reducing hallucinations and bias.
- Measurability: Define key metrics (e.g., Task Success, Latency, Safety Triggers) and ensure their availability for dashboards and experiment analysis.
Qualifications
Must-haves
- A minimum of 3 years in Product Management within a tech environment, with AI/ML product experience being advantageous.
- Proficiency in prioritization and roadmapping.
- Practical experience in product discovery, including user interviews and problem/solution fit assessments.
- A solid understanding of modern AI stacks, including LLMs, Prompt Design, RAGs, Multi-Agent systems, and Vector Databases.
- Experience developing with Langfuse.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration.
- Knowledge of guardrails, safety mechanisms, and retrieval quality.
- Experience with frontend development.
- Familiarity with Conversational UX.
- Experience with Voice/Multimodality and Accessibility.
