Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Creative Strategist & UGC Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on developing creative strategies and managing user-generated content (UGC) to enhance our brand presence and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of creative strategies across various platforms.
• Coordinate and manage user-generated content campaigns, including sourcing, curating, and organizing submissions.
• Engage with our community and foster positive relationships with content creators.
• Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for creative content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and messaging.
• Analyze the performance of UGC and creative campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.

Compensation

• Salary: £37,500 - £45,000 per annum
