Role Purpose
As an Affiliate and Partnerships Manager, you will drive the growth of our global partner ecosystem by identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and activating high-quality affiliates, publishers, creators, e-learning agencies, and consultancies. Your primary focus will be partner acquisition and activation, converting promising relationships into qualified leads, trials, customers, and revenue.
What You Will Do
- Identify high-potential partners (affiliates, publishers, creators, agencies, consultancies, implementation partners) who are a strong fit for LearnWorlds.
- Run proactive outreach campaigns, qualify opportunities, and convert contacts into active partners.
- Automate and scale partner research and outreach processes.
- Manage the full partner acquisition lifecycle: outreach, intro calls, negotiation, approval, onboarding, and activation.
- Educate new partners on LearnWorlds, our audience, value proposition, and promotion strategies.
- Assess partner quality and promotional methods, escalating issues or recommending restrictions as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, content, creative, data, finance, legal, product marketing) to create resources and support partner success.
- Monitor partner performance across platforms like PartnerStack and Rakuten.
- Track key metrics: applications, approved/activated partners, traffic, trials, customers, revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Prepare clear performance updates for stakeholders.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, partnerships, performance marketing, or a similar growth-focused role.
- Experience in SaaS, EdTech, creator economy, online learning, marketplace, or B2B software is a strong plus.
- Proven experience recruiting and activating affiliates or partners online, including outreach, discovery calls, negotiation, onboarding, and follow-up.
- Strong affiliate acquisition mindset with excellent negotiation and conversion skills.
- Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, or similar.
- Experience with outreach, CRM, or automation tools is a plus.
- Interest in using AI and automation to improve workflows.
- Good understanding of affiliate business models, commission structures, attribution, tracking, and ROI.
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Organized, proactive, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working across different time zones, with occasional early/late calls and balancing working time.
