Your Role

You are our first in-house IT specialist, tasked with evolving our IT infrastructure from a well-established environment into a future-proof, structured landscape. This role offers true ownership over network, servers, cloud, and end devices, free from corporate bureaucracy.

Your Tasks

• Administration and further development of our network and firewall infrastructure (Fortinet FortiGate, VLANs, VPN, segmentation).
• Operation and optimization of our Windows Server environment, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware).
• Administration of our Microsoft 365 tenant: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Technical responsibility for our ERP system: updates, interfaces, and collaboration with external providers.
• Standardized endpoint management for Windows and iOS, including onboarding & offboarding.
• Building a solid IT security and compliance structure: authorization concepts, backup strategy, documentation.
• Automation of routine processes using PowerShell or Python.

Your Profile

• Several years of experience as an IT System Engineer or Administrator.
• Deep expertise in at least two of the following areas: Network/Firewall, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Virtualization, or IT Security.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet FortiGate, Active Directory, DNS/DHCP, and GPOs.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Structured, proactive working style – you identify the need for action independently.
• Nice-to-have: Experience in production environments (OT/IT), certifications (Fortinet, Microsoft), or knowledge of ISO 27001 / NIS2.
