Job Description:

The Preboarding Specialist plays a vital role in supporting the talent acquisition process through essential pre-hire and post-hire activities. As a member of Cielo’s internal Bridge Team, you will be driven by quality and expertise in background verification, referencing, drug checking, and onboarding.

• Work Location: Manila, Philippines
• Work Setup: Hybrid (2 days in the office per month)
• Language(s): English
• Work Hours: APAC 3rd shift (9 PM - 6 AM PH time)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Enter and track candidate orders accurately.
• Review submittals against job requisitions and candidate applications for compliance.
• Objectively review background and drug reports to ensure partner compliance.
• Conduct welcome calls and send emails to all candidates.
• Monitor vendor systems daily to ensure progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide excellent service to candidates, client teams, and clients by responding promptly to inquiries.
• Assist vendors with the completion of required checks when necessary.
• Monitor candidate onboarding tasks to ensure timely completion.
• May assist with building new client audit detail procedures for candidate order reviews, including auditing orders and ensuring client standards are met in technology tools.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree strongly preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment utilizing customer service and administrative skills.

Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook and Excel.
• Typing skills with a minimum of 40 WPM.
