Application Manager / Architect (m/f/d) - Auction Sector

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated support for our team in the auction sector at our Straelen-Herongen location, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the smooth operation of applications.
• Design the system architecture for ongoing development.
• Conceptualize further developments and oversee their implementation.
• Plan and execute technical configurations of applications.
• Take responsibility for development processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for business departments and central IT departments of the parent companies.
• Manage external IT service providers.
• Play a central role in projects focused on replacing IT systems.

Your Profile

• Completed education or degree in Computer Science.
• Professional experience as an Application Manager / Architect.
• Experience as a Project Manager.
• Experience in managing service providers.
• Proficiency with OpenEdge, or alternatively, knowledge of other programming languages with a willingness to learn OpenEdge.
• Very good German and/or Dutch language skills.
• Good English language skills.
