Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• Lead customer projects in the areas of AI, automation, and software development.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical concepts, project plans, and work packages.
• Coordinate developers, AI Engineers, designers, and external stakeholders.
• Conduct workshops, requirements analyses, and technical discussions with clients.
• Accompany kick-offs, workshops, and important project meetings, potentially on-site at the client's location.
• Monitor timeline, budget, quality, and risks.
• Document decisions, specifications, and project progress clearly.
• Identify technical dependencies early and find pragmatic solutions.
• Support the further development of our internal project processes.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

What you bring

• Senior experience in technical project management, ideally in software, AI, or automation projects.
• Good understanding of APIs, data flows, web technologies, cloud systems, and modern software development.
• Ability to communicate at eye level with technical teams, without necessarily programming daily.
• Very good communication skills towards clients and internal teams.
• Professional, reliable presence in client meetings, both remote and on-site.
• Willingness to travel within Germany for client meetings, workshops, and project coordination.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.
• Experience with agile methods, ticketing systems, and technical documentation.
• Very good German (C2) and good English (B2-C1).

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, automation tools, or no-/low-code platforms.
• Basic knowledge of Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.
• Experience in agency, consulting, or startup environments.
• Interest in product strategy, process automation, and new AI technologies.
