Wirtschaftsinformatiker / IT-Projektmanager (m/w/d) - IT-Management, Digitalisierung & Prozesse

We are looking for dedicated employees (m/f/d) in IT management, digitalization, and processes to support us in the conception and implementation of our IT infrastructure. As a Business Informatics Specialist / IT Project Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of our internal operations. To achieve this, you will develop customized internal applications using modern no-code and low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or Airtable, improve existing workflows, and implement AI-based automations to make processes more efficient and smarter.

Areas of Responsibility

• Process Optimization & Digitalization: Analyze existing processes in ERP (WeClapp), CRM (HubSpot), and E-commerce (WooCommerce/Shopify) and develop smart, automated solutions.
• IT Project Management: Independently manage digitalization projects from planning to rollout.
• System & Interface Development: Build and manage APIs, Zapier/Make/N8N flows, and integrations with tools like Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory & CleverReach.
• Automation & AI Utilization: Develop systems that create real added value through automation and AI – e.g., in customer service, reporting, or internal processes.
• IT Architecture & Security: Contribute to designing our infrastructure based on Microsoft Azure, Intune & modern cloud solutions.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Power Automate) & API interfaces.
• Ability to follow existing processes.
• Quick comprehension and high discipline.
• Interest in Artificial Intelligence and its application in a business context.
• Structured, solution-oriented mindset – and a desire to improve things.
